Sign-ups for the Norton Rose Fulbright Client Interview Competition are now CLOSED
Sponsored by Norton Rose Fulbright
The Client Interview Competition provides students with the opportunity to develop skills including building rapport with clients, active listening and practical problem solving, which are of great value to many professions and a key part of legal practice. The competition simulates the first meeting between a client and two lawyers who have received a short memorandum beforehand. The focus of the competition is the identification of the client’s problem, eliciting relevant facts, handling their interests and suggesting an appropriate structured solution. No knowledge of the substantive law is required and only limited pre-interview preparation is necessary.
For any queries about this competition contact our Competitions VP, Pat Mackenzie firstname.lastname@example.org or the Competitions Director of the 2015 Client Interview Competition, Fiona Le at email@example.com
